Nothing here is a surprise purchase. You read the lyrics, you hear both recordings, and you pick the one you want — all before paying anything. That changes what a fair refund policy looks like.
Before you pay, everything is free
Rewrite the lyrics as many times as you like. Don't like either recording? Record two more — also free, also unlimited. Keep going until one of them sounds like the person you're writing it for. This is where dissatisfaction belongs, and it costs you nothing.
Unlocking a song delivers it
When you unlock a song you chose, you get the lossless file immediately and it's yours to keep. Because you heard it and picked it before paying, an unlocked song isn't refundable — there is no version of it you haven't already approved.
Unused credits and unused subscription periods are refundable
Bought a song credit and never spent it? Reply to your receipt and we'll refund it. Cancel a subscription any time from your dashboard and you won't be charged again; if a renewal charged you and you made no songs that period, we'll refund that period too. We email you three days before every renewal precisely so this doesn't happen.
If something went wrong on our side
A recording that failed, a file that won't download, a charge you didn't make — that's not a refund question, it's a mistake, and we fix it. Email hello@personalizedsong.ai and tell us what happened. If we can't put it right, you get your money back.
